Finally, you’re going to want to make sure that you have your Google Analytics hooked up and you’re proficient in it. Because when you want to grow, you really need to be able to rely on your data. You’ll want to have data that clearly indicates how things are going and how you’re growing. You also need data to make decisions on what’s working or what to change. The more you become reliant on data to make decisions, the smarter (and more successful) your growth will become too.
